Getting things done in these crazy times calls for having someone in your corner who can unlock the connections, funding, solutions and capacity of your people so your project comes to life and stays strong.That’s what I do, and I’ve done this in different ways my whole adult life.I am a serial collaborator, strategic thinker, people weaver and blue sky imaginator.I break down problems into clear, digestible parts; inform and inspire those needed to understand them, and provide clear and achievable ways to turn them into solutions. I focus solely on outcomes-getting good sh*t done. In my previous life as Byron Shire Mayor, transforming problems into solutions and developing partnerships was the basis of my work across all sectors around the region. Even when many thought outcomes were impossible, time and again my belief in people to change their mindsets to achieve remarkable outcomes in their communities was realised.I now bring this deep experience and knowledge to help organisations and people develop their project. I am inspired by the potential of humans to rise. I am inspired by those who care and who can match their hearts with their heads- and have the will to make things happen. I am certain we are all more capable and amazing than we usually let ourselves believe.
