- The setup and optimize lean manufacturing line by implementing continuous flow, SWIP, two-bin system, Andon system, supermarket system, TPM system, SMED, etc.- Improve line efficiency to increase UPH by introducing automation system such as robot soldering system, selective wave soldering system, RTV auto dispensing system, camera inspection system, auto screwing system, etc.- Lead PRR (problem resolution report) team to resolve manufacturing related issues from RAM return, from production line and from Tier 2/3 suppliers with focus on preventive actions.- Lead continuous improvement project at contract manufacturer, such as production test line upgrade, conformal coating process improvement, RTV primer process, etc.- Act as liaison between contract manufacturer, tier 2/3 suppliers, design engineering, quality engineering and program management for NPI build and sustaining projects. • Conduct DFM/DFT/DFA study and feedback on NPI projects, such as EZ350 charging system, stackable charging system, etc. • Initiate process flow diagram, PFMEA, work instruction, control plan, product test plan on NPI projects, such as EZ350 charging system, external interlock cable, etc. • Conduct failure analysis on sustaining projects, such as MOSFET function failures, MOSFET misalignment issue, Schottky diode PFCVsense failures, etc.- Review, consolidate and present the following activities in the CFT meeting, • Schedule attainment, OTD, PPOH, FPY, RTY, DPPM and Scrap Rate • SREA status (Supplier Request for Engineering Assistance) • PRR status (CAPA actions)

- Resolve manufacturing issues and troubleshoot board and system failures. - Conduct module level test and function test on new and existing PCBA. - Troubleshoot and repair both analog and digital circuits to the component level. - Perform repairing activities and ensure RMA products are repaired to meet quality requirements.

- Complete setup and process qualifications on new and refurbished EPI system. - Study the window & robustness of the existing process and made possible improvement activities to achieve better yield level, lower cost and higher productivity. - Maintain good Cp/Cpk and monitor inline SPC parameters for critical process steps. - Work closely with product engineer and process integration engineer to develop EPI process for new BCD and power MOS product. - Develop and maintain stable metrology systems (CV, FTIR, FPP) for measuring different EPI films. - Involved in the product transfer from design center to manufacturing fab.
