I’m Simon Carter, Business Process Automation Expert and author of the soon-to-be-published “High Performance Finance Team: A Leader’s Guide to streamlined processes, increased efficiency and maximising profit per employee”.I’m the Co-Founder of SmartUi, a software business focused exclusively on eliminating human errors and getting more done by making the business less reliant on labour to drive value.It goes beyond mere efficiency and enhances both productivity and job satisfaction. And it was systemizing that business that laid the conceptual foundation for SmartUi.I realised that 3 similar issues appear in most medium to large companies:Time: high-value work gets sacrificed administering time-consuming manual processes.Cost: inefficient processes suck money into staffing resources, adding low value rather than helping the business grow.Risk: repetitive processes create a mundane environment, which leads to costly mistakes through human error, capability, and mental state at the time of the transaction.
