In my role at the Holiday Inn my job roles are check in/out procedure on reception. Which involves in dealing face to face contact with our guest, I also deal with cash, credit and debit cards payments and answering the telephone. I worked with drivers and depots on packing boxes with frozen fish, meat and poultry for orders or sales, and great at keeping up with Health and safety.Label printing from word/excel. Delivering stock and orders to the other depots by driving to Crewe, Luton and Exeter. Delivering meals to the Elderly/Disabled. I have an excellent customer service record, making sure all customers are well and safe, checking the hot meals are within health & safety regulations. Confident at navigating new routes whilst driving. Making sure the van is cleaned at end of my shift.
