Project based role using Lean Six Sigma methods to apply sustainable changes to Orica’s Trade Working Capital (TWC) processes. A key emphasis was raising the awareness, understanding and importance of TWC management within the business.

Management of the Assembly plant, operating 24/5, and utilising high repetition hand assembly processes. Key focuses on employee management and risk minimisation of overuse injuries, including both ergonomic improvements and automation. Managing 100 employees including 7 team leaders, training coordinator and technical officer.

Management of the extrusion plant which operated 24/7 with rotating shifts, including doubling of production capacity and sustainable improvements in plant performance. Managing 17 employees.
