As well as being a Solicitor, I am a Chartered Tax Advisor and an Associate of the Institute of Indirect Taxation, with more than 20 years' experience advising on all taxes in relation to a wide variety of structures.I advise on UK, offshore and international funds in the real estate and private equity sectors, encompassing a wide range of collective investment vehicles including limited partnerships, joint ventures, unit trusts, open-ended investment company, REITS and hybrid funds. I help clients to establish funds and to acquire, develop and dispose of properties tax efficiently as well as advising on restructuring companies, REITS, takeover and take-private transactions.
