College Park Church supports its congregants, core ministries and church planting with a staff that fluctuates between 70 and 100 employees and hundreds of volunteers. At any one time, College Park had between 4 and 6 locations. Undergirding these efforts is an enterprise network architecture of servers and endpoints. Data Security and Disaster Planning is of utmost importance.• Implemented and responsible for the Church Management System (CRM/Database)• Coordinate with developers to customize the database and underlying software and mobile applications• Collaboration with other functional groups (Finance, Children's Ministry, Worship Arts, Communications, Membership) to develop tools, reports, and processes for improved productivity• Directed the Information Technology and Information System efforts of staff, contractors and volunteers• Directed technological improvements, including network infrastructure and software solutions, building security and access control• Integration of IT and Worship Arts Infrastructure• Responsible for vendor selection and management for new equipment and services encompassing IT, data, telecom, and live streaming, researching new technologies and chose best options for company priorities and cost-effectiveness• Identified areas of information security weakness and recommended or implemented process improvements

• Set Vision for Children's Sunday School• Evaluated, selected, and implemented new curricula which fit within theological mission and values• Managed church staff, volunteer children's workers, and parents through curricula change process• Directed the efforts of 500-600 volunteers per year• Researched designs for appropriately sized and staffed children's spaces and provided recommendations to the architects and building committees. Communicated with Construction crew through three different building projects that included children's spaces• Empowered our children's staff and key volunteers to develop tools to continually make our teaching efforts more effective• Implemented a Child Safety Policy that included training, procedures and Children's electronic check-in• Produced reports on attendance trends to Pastors and Executive team• Managed the budgets for Children's Sunday School and resources• Provided technical support in the use of technology and databases to children's team and other staff

Started as Nursery coordinator and moved to oversee Children's Sunday School. This position developed into a staff position of Children's Director.

• Designed and monitored continuous process improvement efforts in the machining, wiring, cable harness, and printed circuit board assembly production areas• Representative to Naval Air Vehicle Wiring Action Group to advance safety, reliability, maintainability, and readiness of Naval Aircraft and Avionics• Co-led a multidisciplinary team of engineers and machinists to develop a Family of Parts classification system to bridge the gap between the theory of design and the ability to manufacture the designed part• Designed cable harnesses and specified parts list to implement GPS in the CH-53 helicopter
