To gather feedback and learn about customers, I've implemented product usage dashboards, in-platform feedback forms, and conducted regular customer interviews.- After identifying clients' lack of coding skills behind feature abandonment, initiated the redesign of Emarsys's omnichannel content offering, introducing a channel-agnostic low-code content creation experience.- Grew Web Channel's B2B customer base by 45% (serving 300+ brands) and more than doubling usage in 2 years, by eliminating major tech debts and focusing on key features that helped clients reach their business outcomes.
