I have been working in the administrative field for 5 years, providing support and conflict resolution via phone, email, data entry, and filing. I fell in love with account and transaction management and continue to take every opportunity to improve my services for every client. I studied Japanese for 4 years in a classroom setting and continue self-study in preparation for proficiency exams. I was awarded 35th place in the United States in the National Japanese Examination in 2014, as well as 1st place in Arizona for a few consecutive years. I find that the most important aspect of a workplace is a collaborative and amicable environment! I seek to bring understanding, kindness, and mentorship to every environment.
