Market Research Manager
Current- Coach and manage a team of market research analysts assigned to software markets in sales, marketing, digital advertising, and customer service categories
- Develop and strengthen client relationships to improve product representation on G2 and identify new business opportunities
- Analyze and present data to clients and other stakeholders from all levels of management
- Ideate, research, and write thought leadership and web copy for G2’s WWW and associated microsites
- Train and mentor new employees on company software, procedures, and strategies
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to facilitate transparency, meet company goals, and improve processes
