Market Research Manager
Current• Coach and manage a team of market research analysts assigned to software markets in sales, marketing, digital advertising, and customer service categories• Develop and strengthen client relationships to improve product representation on G2 and identify new business opportunities• Analyze and present data to clients and other stakeholders from all levels of management• Ideate, research, and write thought leadership and web copy for G2’s WWW and associated microsites• Train and mentor new employees on company software, procedures, and strategies• Collaborate with teams across the organization to facilitate transparency, meet company goals, and improve processes• Curate and maintain more than 80 marketing categories in G2’s software taxonomy
