Manage team of SOE and Application Packaging engineers across Australia to design/ develop and maintain the SOE of enterprise customers.Implement and run the SOE governance model to ensure the continuous evolution and improvement occur on all managed accounts.Assist new business with estimates and solution for new opportunities.

Manage 15 desktop technicians across multiple customer sites, manage staff resourcing for project work whilst ensuring baseline SLA's are met.
