As the senior counsel for LoanCare’s litigation department, I leverage my legal and business expertise within the mortgage servicing industry to ensure that our clients obtain their desired outcomes in an efficient manner on any pending litigation. I have a JD from the University of Utah and a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of South Carolina, and I have been practicing law for over 20 years.My practice has included everything from preparing and reviewing contracts, creating and drafting policies and procedures, managing litigation, and working with lien holders to commanding the courtroom as a trial attorney, where I tried over 75 cases to verdict. I am passionate about ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality in the mortgage servicing sector, and I enjoy collaborating with my team and stakeholders to ensure servicing that exceeds expectation.
