• Prepare reports to support the approval of various development applications including Official Plan Amendments, Zoning By-law Amendments, Draft Plans of Subdivision, and Site Plan Approval. • Lead multi-disciplinary consultant teams in the preparation of municipal planning development applications.• Conduct research and analysis of ongoing local, regional, and provincial planning initiatives within the GTA. • Prepare for and present at Public Information Centres (PIC) to inform neighbouring communities of nearby development.

•Develop strong understanding of inner workings of the development process throughout various municipalities within the province of Ontario•Prepare reports to support the approval of various development applications. • Conduct land use research for infill and greenfield development opportunities. • Prepare digital concept plans to illustrate development options.

• Conduct schedule adherence and run time analysis studies for transit scheduling purposes.• Assist in the preparation of test schedules for future service changes.• Participate in site visits and field studies to inform scheduling data. • Prepare analysis and research reports on transit demand.

• Develop, maintain, and update technology documentation and manuals.• Collect field data and evaluate results to support relevant software through analysis reports. •Perform daily quality control checks and troubleshoot Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) equipment. • Liaise with external vendors to complete software checks and upgrades.•Execute daily tracking of information gathered from various sources and providers.

• Assist in writing sections of Planning Rationales including site and surrounding context. • Conduct review of existing and planned area context development applications.• Prepare Due Diligence Reports to gain better understanding of sites and development opportunities. • Assist with the preparation of accurate and organized materials for Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) and Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT) hearings. • Coordinate and assist with submission preparation of various applications.
