Bartender/ Shift Lead
CurrentTheir expectation of quality food/ drinks, cleanliness and exceptionally low ticket times gives me the opportunity to showcase my skills. I get to serve delicious food, craft cocktails and create an inviting atmosphere for my guests and team. An accurate count of bar inventory is completed every Sunday night. 3 nights a week I am the closing shift lead. The last 2 hours of operation I perform all front of house duties/tasks. I oversee my tasks and the kitchen, making sure doors are locked and machinery in turned off.
