Planned and executed upgrade of all 400 Time Clocks (InTouch ,9000,9100 DX devices) to new version in five phases within two months.• Performing UAT for the new releases in UKG Dimensions web application as well as mobile application (i.e. Android / iOS) before launching the updates in Production.• Working extensively in UAT phase and then configuring the new functionality within Kronos to support the business needs such pay rules, customer reporting and automated alerts to manager and team member.• Troubleshoot and diagnose the production issues via phone, service now tickets, remote support and sometimes escalating the issue with technical support team (UKG Dimensions)• In UAT, logging in as end user and testing the new updates in mobile application, and creating the instructions on how to use the new update and training the team members, mangers.• Provide L1 support to end users of payroll systems, prioritize service now tickets in Kanban working model.• Test scenarios walk through with business for review and sign-off.• Test execution and defect logging for each UKG release.
