As a Product Analysis Team Leader at Paycom, I lead a team of analysts who conduct user interviews, analyze feedback, and identify user needs and pain points for various payroll and HR products. I collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to translate user insights into product features and enhancements that improve user experience and satisfaction.I have extensive payroll and HR management knowledge, thanks to my Associate's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General and my previous role as a Service Team Lead at Paycom. In this role, I managed a team of service specialists who provided payroll and HR support and solutions to clients across different industries and sizes. I also have experience in banking, sales, and marketing, which helped me develop strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.I am extremely motivated and hard-working, and I always strive to learn new skills and technologies that can help me deliver better products and services to our users and clients. I am passionate about solving problems, creating value, and making a positive impact through my work. My goal is to continue growing as a leader and a product analyst, and to contribute to Paycom's vision of transforming the payroll and HR industry.
