Back in college, I taught Pilates classes to pop music that packed the gym. A basketball court to be exact. As I entered the world of Big 4 consulting, I missed teaching fitness. I just couldn't find the time to teach, but I found ways to fit fitness into the nooks and crannies of my life to keep my mind right.
