I have been volunteering with The Hogan Foundation's Rancho St. Francis for the past 8+ years. I began my professional career as an associate litigation attorney where I learned valuable skills in conflict resolution, including research, writing, negotiation, and assessing client needs. I left the practice to raise my children, where I relied very heavily on my organizational and time management skills, as well as my expertise in conflict management. I then turned my focus to elementary education where I have spent thirteen years assessing students' skill levels and developing mathematics intervention plans specifically tailored to individual needs. I have also spent the past two decades volunteering with various organizations devoted to the welfare of children and animals.
Listed skills include Elementary Education, Writing, Critical Thinking, Teaching, and 9 others.
