I spent nearly 13 years working for the Florida Department of Children and Families in administrative and operational role for the Children's Legal Services program. My time at DCF gave me insight into social services and a passion to use my skills to improve the systems in our community. I thrive in areas where I can use my strengths in communication and efficiencies to improve the work environment for professionals serving the needs of people in the community. Strong organizational, communication time management paired with my growing understanding of project management give me the tools to assist in many areas of business development and operations. My recent education and the experience in my career give me a drive to continuously improve and problem solve using creative solutions. I strongly believe we must challenge the norms in business operations to truly find ways to improve and grow. Working in a culture with a growth mindset driven by teamwork to strive towards strategic goals is where I thrive. I have a passion for creative marketing; finding ways to reach and connect with different generations and cultural backgrounds while understanding and navigating the political landscape.
