I am the Office Manager at Surgent Construction. I have worked in the administrative field for over 22 years. Not only handling the day-to-day office administrative duties, I am responsible for making the office run smoothly by frequently interacting with clients, answering general office phone calls and emails so that our staff can focus on work for our clients. I also ensure the office has the necessary supplies and equipment needed, coordinate the office activities and give administrative support to our field staff. I help with accounting, including invoicing, accounts payable and payroll.
