As an integrative coach, my intention is to empower clients in transformational one-on-one sessions that bring forth their best. I coach international professionals, emerging leaders, and curious adventurers, using the Whole Person Coaching approach. My clients receive support to connect with their personal essence through a gentle, dynamic process that dissolves false self-perceptions. As we co-create the session, I engage their whole mind through intellectual, somatic-emotional and relational knowing. The process elicits powerful insights, including greater understanding of key mindsets and behaviors, and creates an opening to uncover and navigate subconscious patterns.As one becomes increasingly aware of their vibrant core self, they can effectively draw on their own resourcefulness and turn blocks into stepping stones. As a result, the regular client discovers a capacity to become fully self-innovative and bring to fruition whatever they choose.This partnership creates the optimal environment to envision the goals and sustainable momentum that are possible through a supportive, non-judgemental relationship.Fluent in both English and Bulgarian, I coach clients internationally over Zoom video platform.When not coaching, I enjoy nature treks, wing tsun martial arts, collaborating on upliftment projects, workshops for teens, writing songs and stories for parents and children, and playing every chance I get.
