Led procurement of government and foundation grant revenue. - Led internal racial and LGBTQ+ equity initiatives, including establishing a racial equity committee and coordinating YWCA’s annual racial justice awards. Initiated and implemented racial equity assessments and plans. - In partnership with the Board Chair of Public Policy, co-led YWCA’s public policy committee, advancing legislative and community-based initiatives that align with YWCA’s mission to eliminate racism and empower women, centering affordable housing as a priority agenda issue.- Acted as interim Executive Director from June 2018-August 2018 during the tendered director’s sabbatical. This position was formerly titled Director of Programs and was changed to reflect my leadership and increase in responsibility.
