Senior Product Manager
CurrentLeads a team responsible for the strategic vision and roadmap addressing the model portfolio needs of financial advisors; has also led efforts to deepen and scale portfolio analytics and construction solutions and financial planning and coaching offer needs. Facilitates data-driven decisions at both the technology team level and the stakeholder level, assuring alignment on key results and tactics that span sales, marketing, product, user experience, data analytics, subject matter experts, and senior stakeholders. Hires, evaluates, and coaches team members in outcome-oriented solution development, championing organizational transformation toward true focus on serving the needs of our clients while also advancing effective cost management and revenue growth. Active participant in diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization.
