 Managed and prioritized business demand against application development supply for five business portfolios spanning North America, EMEA, APAC and Latin America.  Created and implemented improvements to the Demand Management process, including prioritization, release planning, expedited project delivery and global demand governance processes. Stood up Demand Management process in 2008 for three business units.  Developed and facilitated training of the Product and Application Development Organizations across three business units.

• Managed System Analysts and System Programmers, delivering designs, applications, implementation and production support of Enterprise Architecture database access procedures on the Credit Processing platform.• Built internal process, partnering with finance, to leverage technical resources across FDC as an intercompany consulting group used for performance improvement and development of relational database application development efforts.

 Managed a team of System Programmers delivering application code, implementation and production support of database access routines used across the Credit Processing platform.
