Preparing registers for hiring officials in a timely manner not to exceed deadlines. Meet with hiring officials in order to meet the needs for open positions and offer assistance in the hiring process. Attending career fairs at various Universities throughout Arkansas in order to represent Department of Health and obtain qualified applicants for open positions.

Responsible for all staffing procedures, including reviewing applications, interviewing applicants, verifying I-9 information, and scheduling interviews with client companies. Responsible for explaining company’s policies and procedures to applicants. Conduct drug screens, past employment history and background checks. Have direct contact with client companies to insure customer satisfaction. I also file all workers compensation claims, first report of injury, and investigation of accidents. On call 24 hours 7 days a week. Attend community functions in order to maintain close relationships with fellow industry. Make inside sales calls to inform new clients of our service. Verify new client information and credit history. Prepare proposals and rate quotes for new job orders. Responsible for data entry of 250 plus employees and recording of all worked hours using Excel. Maintain record of hours to verify roll over dates. Responsible for problem solving between employees and client companies. Negotiate with client companies pertaining to bill rates and roll over periods. Responsible for making sure that work orders are filled in a timely manner with qualified applicants. Responsible for making collection calls on past due accounts. Responsible for payroll distribution.
