At the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, my role as Project Coordinator centers around advancing healthcare education reform, a cause I am deeply committed to. With a Master's degree in Theology and Leadership from the University of Roehampton, my approach integrates ethical considerations into project management, ensuring that each initiative not only meets its goals but also aligns with our larger mission to uplift and empower through education.My competencies in program coordination and stakeholder liaison will be instrumental in streamlining processes for the NHSE Commission at the CSP, leading to cost-effective and efficient project delivery. The skills I honed during my time at The Switch, such as planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects that aimed to create positive social change through facilitating engagement between educational and corporate partners, continue to be the driving force behind my dedication to fostering impactful educational experiences. This built on work as a Community Education Coordinator at Toynbee Hall, where I designed and delivered innovative learning programs for diverse and disadvantaged groups. Education reform and social justice are powerful motivators that drive me to action. I believe that every individual deserves equal access to quality education, regardless of their background, socioeconomic status, or location.
