In this role, I worked with disadvantaged youth to obtain their high school diploma, find and maintain employment, and encouraged post-secondary education. I developed Individual Service Plans and partnered with other local service providers to find support services.

I was responsible to interviewing and, if selected, licensing new foster parents. I ran background checks, conducted home visits and wrote detailed reports.

In this role I organized, transported and supervised court mandated visits of children with their biological families. I created and managed detailed visit observations and outcomes.

I performed legal research on case files, participated in the preparation of legal cases and accompanied attorneys to court.
