This management includes the creation and monitoring of budgets and financial management reporting for 21 NCAA Division I sports. Also responsible for coordination of departmental purchasing cards, monitoring of all departmental restricted accounts, processing changes to annual budgets, securing payment to outside vendors, and serving as the department’s liaison with the University’s finance staff.• Supervise and directly oversee activities pertaining to the Assistant Athletic Director for Events Management, Facilities Coordinator and Ticket Office.• Liaison to human resources, payroll, information technology and office of residential life. Directly responsible for coordinating the process for new hires and changes to employment.• Sport administrator for men's and women's soccer, men's and women's swimming, men's and women's tennis and women’s bowling.• Athletic department contact for all facilities projects; coordinate facilities work orders and project management with facilities management department.
