I own and provide accounting and tax services to a variety of individuals, small busineses and non-profit organizations. My client consist of over 500 individuals from over 40 different countries. As part of my practice I provide accounting tax services to over 100 sole proprietors that report their business activities on their personal tax returns. I also provide the accounting and tax services to 75 small businesses that have a legal form of either Partnership, LLC, S-Corp or C-Corp. I am the board member , finance committee member, or board advisor and tax accountant to several non-profits.

After being honorably discharged from the U.S. Air Force I began work for this international CPA firm (former name Arthur Young and Co). Over the course of my career prior starting my own CPA firm in 1988 I held a varieity of financial management positions from Fortune 500 companies. I have grown from being an Staff accountant, to Tax Accountant, to internal auditor to financial analyst, to Cash Manager, to Division Controller, to Chief Auditor and CFO.
