CLEARING HOUSE PROJECT In order to stay competitive in an increasing aggressive market, it was imperative that QIEC Super and Club Super offer low cost, simple and effective contribution clearing house services to their employers. The program coordinated all aspects of the merger to successfully integrate all financial and operational activities of the two funds ensuring that no member was adversely affected. I was the project manager for two projects in the Energy Super Merger Program: (1) Employer Online Upgrade and Integration Project - Project managed an Agile development team of four, responsible for upgrading and integrating a website that allows employers to transact online, for the newly created Energy Super fund. (2) Data Cleansing and Conversion Project - Project managed the conversion of member, employer and financial data from SPEC Super administration systems to the Energy Super administration system which was integral to the successful merger. CORE BUSINESS SYSTEMS EVALUATION PROJECT This project involved the evaluation of: (1) 3rd party superannuation administration systems on the market; (2) development of an administration system by a software house and (3) re-development of the existing internal solution. I created a business case for each option which included a detailed cost benefit analysis, evaluation of strategic and market benefits, risk analysis and preliminary resource, budget and time estimates.
