I Monitor and measure sales, margin, and mix performance for the Area teams in order to ensure company objectives are met inclusive of material sales and services.In my management role i have responsibility for all sales related objectives and targets, recruitment responsibilities, strategy setting and implementation of marketing activities, future product development strategy, market price setting, Strategically plan for longer term business needs relating to growth and new Controls and Systems initiatives.Build effective and collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders in the other business sales channels, with a strong focus on Spec and End User.Ensure training and development of the Controls and Systems Team is kept up to date to achieve high levels of competence. Providing sales and design support to our distribution and retails team on lighting controls and central battery systems is very enjoyable and the key focus also is to provide support to the systems sales professionals accross the UK, and I provide an interface to new product developments and solutions between the UK business unit and our Head Office in dornbirn, Austria. In addition to the previous roles I partner a systems application partner to support the UK lighting sales professionals with application stories, selling angles and innovation solutions, this extends to both lighting management and emergency lightn systems and emergency lighting fixtures. My specialist experience in lighting management projects where automated blinds management has been integrated with some of the most significant automated blinds management and lighting management systems in scotland.
