Twelve years as a senior leader encompassing UK schools, online schools, and international schools with strategic experience in leading:Teaching and learning, Safeguarding, Quality Assurance, Special Educational Needs, Alternative Provision, Staff CPD, Behaviour, Rewards and Safety, Attendance Monitoring, Literacy.My work for Wey Education PLC and master’s degree studies in online and distance education, gives me a unique set of skills to help schools in the current digital age, backed by leadership expertise in secondary education, special educational needs, and alternative provision. Recent leadership of teaching and learning in Tunisia and the Middle East (Qatar) has further widened my skills, experience, and versatility.
