 Manages a software development team of 23 to produce and revise virtual courseware in SHARP, CODE, and DOMS for all Naval Aviation helicopter squadrons to ensure contract is in compliance with US Government expectations. Managed the responsibilities and duties of 12 sub-contractors to meet contractual obligations. Utilizing the proper supply chains, exceeded government expectations to maintain compliance within the constraints of a firm fixed price contract.  Utilized Six Sigma processes to reduce SHARP, DOMS and Code development average production time from 70 days to 16 days. Ensures the project is ISO certified and compliant. Creates and updates monthly deliverable reports, status reports, metrics, cost analysis, risks/solutions, and briefings to the US Government in compliance with the Statement of Work. Identified lessons that are common between all H-60 platforms and developed a streamlining plan that reduced the total lesson footprint by one-third. Liaisons with the government Contracting Officer Representative and sub-contractor to ensure the contract is executed 100 percent.

 Produces and administers virtual courseware for the US Navy MH-60S Fleet Replacement Squadrons. Manages and delegates the efforts of Subject Matter Experts, Graphic Artists, Learning Center Clerks, and Programmers for all MH-60S SHARP, DOMS, and CODE virtual training courseware. Maintains a close liaison, and provides the status of project progress to US Government SMEs, Education Specialists, and Project Managers to ensure proper ISD procedures are met. Develops and delivers Configuration Management Reports and Courseware Delivery Letters to the customer, including international customers. Established a new ISO compliant quality program, and ensures all team members use the established procedures.
