After many years in the food service industry, I made a change and decided to pursue a career path within the technological space. I left my job as a restaurant manager, traveled abroad and focused on learning the ins and outs of Python (while exploring the wonders of Southeast Asia).In June of 2022 I accepted my first job in this new world; I became a Technical Support Engineer. I spent a little over a year providing customers with solutions to any issues that they encountered. By August of 2023 I received a promotion and began working on the Product team as a Business Analyst. Now, working in this role, I am responsible for writing requirements, prioritizing and ultimately managing product development projects from start to finish. It is my goal to provide customers with the best product possible and I attempt to push improvements forward every day.
