• Operate as a subject matter expert to assist with the development of a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case and the Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU), training plans, information technology assistance and IOC/FOC working groups. • Act as Requirements Manager in both production and sustainment as a team member for FMS through USSOCOM and the Defense Security Cooperation Agency valued at $1.9B US dollars. • Organize and lead requirements assessment working group on behalf of the US and foreign governments. • Foster positive relationships with DoD Agencies, State Department, Military Departments and in country Security Cooperation Officers in the allocation and execution of Building Partner Capacity programs. • Certify new capabilities as a qualified Developmental Test Pilot such as aircraft, weapons, mission equipment and software to satisfy the requirements of the user, • Build capability to support requirements by being continuously involved early in the acquisition process with multiple contractors. • Assist in test and evaluation with industry partners while mentoring them on how to gauge criteria and the best way to judge mission success.• Trained, qualified and assigned as a Government Flight Representative (GFR) who is responsible for approval of contractor flights, procedures, crewmembers and ensuring contractor compliance with applicable provisions and regulations.

• Built and sustained readiness of over 3200 unit members and the standardization of training and equipment on 200+ Special Operations Aviation aircraft. • Developed operational requirements based on capabilities, performance measures, evolving applications and emerging technologies/systems for the organization. • Managed teams, resources and timelines while overseeing projects with government agencies, military program offices and industry partners. • Led a dynamic, comprehensive review and implementation programs for the constant enhancement of military program of instruction which outlines the standard for all aviation training within the organization. • Served as a senior leader conducting training, education and continuously performed leadership functions such as conflict management, organizational management of teams, organizational development, human resource management and the promotion of ethical leadership.

• Oversaw the supervision, planning, implementation and evaluation of 6 companies within the organization in regards to battle-focused training and how best to manage individual unit training programs in order to increase the overall unit's readiness. • Operated as a Senior Warrant Officer providing the command with subject matter expertise on warrant officer training and development, to include proper balance of training, education and professional experience.

• Prepared the organization to deploy on short notice at the discretion of the nation's senior leadership in support of Special Operations Forces around the globe. • Planned, coordinated, briefed and safely executed complex, combined and joint service, long-range, multi-aircraft combat missions in all conditions and environments. • Managed the commander's annual training program and served as principle mentor and evaluator of all aviators.

• Coordinated, planned, briefed, and executed flights which included troop/cargo transport, troop rappelling, dust/brownout landings, overwater flight, air cargo drops, sling load / long line external loads, high altitude flight and landings, and confined area flight during daytime, nighttime, night-vision-goggle, mountainous, and inclement weather.

• Served as a Sergeant First Class on a Special Forces Operational Detachment being highly trained and skilled in crisis management. • Performed, supervised and instructed techniques / operations employed in conventional / unconventional warfare. • Led high performance teams to advance key initiatives.

• Directed tactical training for airborne soldiers in warfare, navigation, reconnaissance and communications.
