Lead student pastor over the central campus as well as our satellite campus. I led my staff (as well as volunteers) casting vision and executing our mission to communicate the Gospel to the Next Generation. I am coordinated with our church leadership building a multi-million dollar student worship center.

Cross Point is one of the fastest growing churches in the United States. I had the pleasure of being the Student Pastor at the Dickson Campus. I was apart of a high energy, people focused team. While serving at Cross Point I was able to triple the size of the Student Ministry. I also spearheaded the multisite preaching model across all of our Student Ministry campuses .

Fellowship of the Parks is a large, multi-site church, in the DFW metroplex. They are a high energy church, and eager to expand their campuses. While employed there I operated as the central student pastor. Not only did I operate my own campus, but I also collaborated and provided insight to the other campuses.

While this church was in search for a new pastor, I did a seven-week, exegetical sermon series over the Sermon on the Mount in Matthew.

Discipleship, Preaching, Event Planning

This prestigious position at the university taught me leadership responsibilities including but not limited to event planning, organization, payroll, desk management, discipline, and discipling.

At this position, I worked with inner city youth and maximized my event planning skills. Furthermore, I had the privilege and opportunity to spearhead the church’s first autonomous youth camp with great success.
