I moved back to my hometown to start saving to re-locate to Australia and I was fortunate enough to obtain a role back with my previous employer, Pat Brittons Insurance.On returning I was given a role in the New Business section. I prepared, sold and set up new business insurance policies for private cars and small commercial vehicles. Also, on occasion, I prepared quotations for motorbikes, classic cars and travel.I left for my travels in February 2012.

I moved to the UK with friends to experience working life in a city.In my role here I worked in a call centre and organised appointments for individuals, coming from overseas, to get their National Insurance number which they required for work and to claim benefits.Also, when it was extremely busy, I took calls for Job Centre Plus and provided details on suitable jobs for clients seeking employment.

Once I had finished college I got a job in an Insurance Brokers office in my hometown.My role was to ensure clients got the best services from their motor insurance policies and, on occasion, I prepared household quotations.I also took on the role of receptionist in busy times.
