As CitiMED's Chief Financial Officer, my primary responsibilities and essential functions are:- In collaboration with the CEO and shareholders, develop budgets and annual strategic plans for the business and establishing best practice policies and guidelines; - Establish strategic Key Performance Indicators "KPI's" aligned with the broad business plan and proactively monitor/measure actual performance to ensure target KPI's are met or exceeded; - Lead the accounting and finance team and oversee all functions; such as financial planning, internal and external financial reporting, forecasting, financial modeling, budget to actual analysis, expense management, safe-guarding of assets and all monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting requirements; - Improve and monitor internal control processes, review operation reports by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics and consistently identify and implement process improvement measures; and- Work closely with the Company’s legal and compliance teams to stay abreast of and resolve key compliance issues, as well as accurately complete any and all filing requirements on a timely basis.
