CurrentPlanned, developed, and executed 138 public safety webinars across five verticals, generating over 1,600 B2B sales leads. Increased webinar capacity through process streamlining and workflow improvements, growing program from 39 events in 2022 to 65 in 2023 (66% increase over 2022) and to 80 events in 2024 (105% increase over 2022). Supervised companywide transition to ON24 webinar software, ensuring seamless continuation of scheduled events and integration with Salesforce. Manage approximately 85 annual editorial and branded webinars, from initial project ideation, speaker recruitment and presentation creation to live webinar execution and post-event reporting.Handle new business accounts, meeting with clients to ensure their business and marketing goals are met through our partnership and providing requirements and expectations for B2B projects.Work with the Brand Studio team, Editorial team, and sponsors to execute webinars and other digital events across five websites.Create, edit, and post webinar registration and landing pages across five websites.Write pre- and post-event webinar promotional copy for social media, eblasts, newsletters, and websites.Work with Design team to create pre- and post-event promotional graphics for social media, eblasts, newsletters, and websites.Act as behind the scenes and on-air moderator, facilitating live webinars as well as providing introductions, commentary, Q&A, troubleshooting, and other moderator services.Perform practice sessions with speakers to provide training on the web conference technology and process for live events.Manage post-event follow-up with sales leads, event attendees, clients, and internal parties.Provide post-event reporting to clients and internal parties.Work with team to brainstorm and develop creative and effective promotional strategies to increase outreach and effectiveness of the program.
