Fonative was the new brand for Ampersand, Inc. and continued a 25-year+ track record of innovation in telecommunications technology and dedication to customer success.

Provide advisory services and integration consulting related to Fonative acquisition. Work with product management teams to guide consumer engagement and contact management strategy and initiatives.

Ampersand provides a highly scalable VoIP telephony platform with sophisticated call analytics to its enterprise call center customers, resulting in reliable performance, lower costs, and accurate results.

Lavalife is a major player in the internet, voice, and mobile dating markets, with over 1 million registered and active users in North America. From 2000 through 2002 served as CTO with overall responsibility for the company's technical and product architecture. Returned from sabbatical in 2003 as Chief Scientist with responsibility to plan the technical roadmap for the company's products and infrastructure. Also acted as the spokesman/evangelist for the company's technology, both internally and externally.
