My name is Steve Armstrong, I am a retired Fire Chief/Paramedic and for the last eight years worked as a Realtor in Texas and Park City, Utah. I retired from The Woodlands Fire Department as Battalion Chief and then decided to devote my entire attention to the Real Estate business in 2009. I am married to Scheron who I met in high school and we just celebrated our 42nd anniversary in April. We have two children Shawn and Samantha. Shawn is an Executive Chef for the Montage Resort Hotel in Park City, Utah and Samantha followed my wife and me into the Real Estate business and works for Stewart Title. My wife has 30 years’ experience in the Title business and is a Senior Escrow Office and currently now works with me in our Business Steve Armstrong Real Estate LLC.. I have two grandchildren from my son and that is how we eventually ended up in Park City. My wife and I traveled around the world from India to Singapore to Hong Kong and many other places with my Son in his many Chef adventures. Although we enjoyed seeing the world we decided that if he ever accepted a position back in the United States we would just move and live where he did. He did and so we did and have not regretted it since. We fell in love with Utah and wish we came here many years ago. My years of working in the fire service were very rewarding and have given me the ability to connect with people very easily. In the Real Estate Business people have to be able to trust the person that represents them in their transactions and to be able to have full faith that their Agent is representing them legally and in their best interests. I have done this for many years and have a long reputation of being this kind of person. I would enjoy working with you and building a life long relationship.

As a custom home builder I built homes that included Custom Log Homes and Frame Construction. I worked in the construction business as a young man from age 16 to present. I learned all aspects of construction from pouring the slab to finished product. This was from actual building experience training which has educated me in what to look for in my current position as a Realtor.
