Provided leadership to NCAA Division III athletics department including supervision of sport programs, operation of office of athletic communications, and implementation and coordination of NCAA compliance. Served on athletic leadership team and also was active on additional committees across campus including the student affairs assessment committee. Lead assistant, graduate assistant, and work study employees in oversight of athletic communications for 23 intercollegiate athletic teams, specifically through pubic relations, marketing, social media, live streaming, and operation of athletics website.
