More than twenty years of diverse professional experience in hazardous waste remediation, industrial wastewater treatment, and regulatory compliance for private sector clients with a focus on the treatment of industrial wastewater and contaminated groundwater. Current roles include project and task management and Responsible Professional Engineer for select design projects. Experience encompasses project progression from design through construction and system operation. Process and design experience includes: treatability studies and pilot tests; process evaluation and system optimization; technology alternatives evaluations; conceptual and detailed process and mechanical design; preparation of design reports, drawings, technical specifications, and bid packages; review of submittals and RFIs; and construction of treatment systems. Regulatory compliance experience includes: facility audits; discharge permit applications, renewals, modifications, and compliance schedule negotiation; and preparation of environmental plans.
