A decade of manufacturing experience, highlighted by nearly 8 years serving as production manager. Leveraging a welding background, I quickly moved into production management, overseeing 2 manufacturing sites with nearly 100,000 square feet of departments, personnel, and equipment. I’m involved in nearly every aspect of production, from design to ship. Develop work instructions and weld procedure standards. Help with process design and operations, machine setup, tooling, fixtures, and rigging. Oversee all production workflow, raw and supplied materials. Provide product quality inspections, ISO adherence, and equipment operation. Strong focus on continuous improvement of process, uptime, and efficiency. Minimize movement, handling, and waiting on products/materials. Maximize use of raw or outsourced materials, while minimizing scrap and waste. Oversee maintenance, corrective actions, and equipment certifications to maintain ISO certifications.
