Security Supervisor for the Woodwards Development in Downtown Vancouver.Woodwards is a multi-use property that lies on the border between Gastown and the Downtown East Side. With market condominium, low-income housing, an SFU campus, City of Vancouver offices, Federal government offices, non-profit agencies and a number of both small and chain businesses being present, day to day traffic at Woodwards includes a wide spectrum of demographics.In my role as Site Security Supervisor I strove to build a team with security practices based on inclusivity and the cultivation of emotional intelligence as a conflict management tool.
