Steven Williams is a highly motivated United States Marine Corps veteran who transitioned into professional security and then eventully into the Insurance/Financial Services industry. Through his years he has displayed a tremendous capability of adapting to any situation and overcoming with the highest standards of approach while shaping and molding others to become leaders.-From One Battlefield to Another-After leaving the military and beginning his post military carrer, Steven went into the private security industry working to serve and protect various establishments from college campuses, nightlife establishments, entertainers, and other high value establishments or persons who have either experienced or likely to experience violent conflict. Through his military education of escalation of force and de-escalation along with his natural skills in persuasion and strategy in tandem with his natural compassion for humanity, violent conflicts within the establishments he worked dropped to impressively low levels, often times eliminating the occurrence of violence all together. -Finding Purpose-He then transferred his interpersonal skills along with his leadership skills honed during the military and professional carreer into the insurance industry where he educates his clients on various aspects of money not traditionally taught in educational systems, as a crusade to help as many middle class and lower income families become financially stable and eventually free. He leads his agents with caring compassion, often helping them process issues and giving guidance like a coach with business and occasionally, personal. He has an open door policy, and fosters a culture of togetherness, competition, and comradre only seen in military establishments. With creativity, dedication, love, and duty Steven leads his agents to be the highest earning agents in the company.
