Organised a series of programmes for Black History Month (in which at least 44% of our employees partook in in-person events), filmed and edited roundtables for LGBTQ+ History Month and International Women's Day to demystify the experience of marginalised communities within work and co-curate educational information for various awareness days with members of the relevant communities.Collaborated with the People Team in order to update the Performance Review System & Recruitment Guidelines to place a bigger emphasis on transparency and fairness which promote belonging. Overseeing our wellbeing resources and keeping them up to date, such as uploading Menopause awareness training to our internal system and creating designated space in the library for each staff network to store resources for the benefit of their community.
