 Oversee all operations for a 600 personnel Armor Battalion, ensuring preparation for deployment overseas.  Planned and executed movement of all personnel and equipment totaling over 200 vehicles totaling over $300 million to Fort Irwin, CA twice and to Germany in support of conflict in Europe, receiving individual formal recognition from executive level management.  Develop and train staff, providing daily oversight and direction.  Improved process efficiencies and knowledge management across different sections to include implementing unique tracking processes with software implementation and delivering management briefs for shared understanding and successful deployment.  Instrumental in transition of two senior-level management teams including implementation of new systems and processes and assisting in creation of a new vision and philosophy, completing transition ahead of schedule.

 Provide leadership and direction to a 250 personnel organization and direct supervision of 4 junior managers.  Oversaw the planning, resourcing, and execution of all training and operations to transition civilians into Soldiers.  Responsible for over $3 million worth of equipment with no losses.  Organize, unite, and inspire a team of Drill Sergeants and Soldiers daily.

 Head of all operations of a 200 personnel Joint Task Force in Cameroon, Africa. Planned and oversaw movement of all $2 million worth of equipment and 200 personnel from Cameroon to the US as well as all in country operations across west Africa for the Task Force.  Evaluating practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and adherence to local and military laws to ensure safety of all Task Force personnel through security operations.

 Direct supervisor of 40 personnel and $6 million worth of equipment.  Responsible for planning, resourcing and execution all operations, administrative management, and logistical operations, being recognized as the top platoon leader in the company.  Provide training, guidance, and motivation to inspire a team to achieve established goals in adverse conditions.

 Coordinated and managed all logistical operations of a 3,500 personnel organization in preparation to assume US strategic mission.  Responsibilities included managing movement and tracking of all logistical supply shipments in and out of the organization while deconflicting and prioritizing assets and support amongst subordinate organizations.  Enforce safety standards, policies, and location regulations at multiple locations.
