• Full Financial Management of a P&L. Full process development from a clean sheet to provide an annual budget submission with monthly forecast & reporting resulting in a variance of less than 3%.• Working with HR a robust appraisal and onboarding process was developed to support the core business strategy. Included SMART objectives in the setting of annual goals, enabling personal development and stimulating innovation.• Embedded Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving tools into Engineering and Technical Services, resulting in improved turn round of in field issues and helped to improve customer satisfaction.• Responsible for the justification and selection of 3rd Party partners to support overall delivery of projects, building costs into business cases and working with the legal team to develop binding contractual agreements and statements of work to ensure success.• Established links with the wider organization to drive cross fertilization of best practice, leveraging knowledge and technology, ensured alignment and eliminated duplication. • Appointed as Internal Consultant, developed a New Product Introduction Process for a $10M start up business through facilitated workshops and process mapping. Managed the role out and ensured alignment between all business functions helping drive year 1 revenue forecasts. • Created and submitted full businesses cases to gain funding for strategic initiatives. Working with cross functional teams, highlighted the business need and benefit for each activity. • Recovered failing strategic initiatives. Investigated and understood route causes enabling recovery plans to be developed and actioned. Mitigated against further risks to ensure delivery against expectations.

• Centre of Excellence Lead for Project Management within the Stanley Security Business providing guidance and mentoring to the wider project management community.• Established Project Management forums, driven continual improvement of programme and project management processes, through the identification and adoption of industry best practice. This resulted in cycle time reduction through the adaption of agile, improved Change and Risk Management techniques.• Audited all projects to ensure execution in accordance with the Project Management Plan. Deviations were addressed through corrective actions controlled through a full Change Management process.• Provided a monthly Senior Executive and Sponsor reporting format, to monitor progress against key milestones, adherence to budget, timelines and to highlight key risks. Enabled the opportunity for direction and decision making to ensure that all projects continued to meet corporate objectives.• Constructed a New Production Introduction process for the $998m Stanley Security Europe Business. Enabled the platform to have greater alignment between forecast & post release sales numbers, ensuring the return on investment expectation was met.

• Set up and developed a Global PMO, providing a structure to support strategic projects through the provision of a full Project Management Methodology. Delivered associated tools and templates, ensuring continuity of approach, governance and reporting.• Developed communication management plans in alignment with stakeholder requirements to ensure key initiatives were fully understood and bought into, allowing all internal and external parties, to contribute, and build effective and credible relationships.• Lead a Business Transformation initiative to introduce of a full Product Lifecycle Process across a $250M global business platform, resulting in greater financial accountability, generation of rolling strategic roadmaps and improved commercial positioning.• Project Manager on a number of exhibition displays with budgets in excess of $1M, provided for Senior Executives, shareholders and customers.
