I was a member of JCI's Building Efficiency engineering team, with responsibitly for turning product concepts and marketing requirements into released, saleable products. I was involved in traditional project management style projects and also held the role of Scrum Master on an Agile Scrum team. My teams consisted of a variety of engineering disciplines, including hardware, mechanical, firmware, and software. I was responsible for overall project execution and regularly communicating project status to upper management and the general engineering community. I also enjoyed working closely with Product Management to refine product requirements and roadmaps to help shape next generation products.

Performed all aspects of electrical hardware design for Emerson's embedded computing systems. This included schematic capture, timing and SI analysis, programmable logic design (VHDL), verification/validation testing, and general product GA release activities.

• Worked as an intern in the Embedded Systems Group• Developed hardware and assembly language software that converted PS/2 Mouse/Keypad interfaces to USB
